It's a guest unit with a large bedroom, en suite bathroom and separate entrance. It is attached to a house, but the spaces are separate. The space features a breakfast nook equipped with coffee and tea, as well as a desk, a lounge chair and shelves. The room is essentially an attached mother-in-law suite and has a separate entrance by the side of the house. You’ll come into the backyard through your own gate and will keypad your way in to your private hallway. At this point, you’ll enter the private bathroom and room. Something to note is that you’ll come in through the bathroom first, which is adjacent to the room.

Full refund 5 days prior to arrival for stays shorter than 28 days. For stays 28 nights or longer, it's a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

We adore pets, but at the moment we are not allowing them to stay. We will reasonably accommodate service animals.

We ask that you please refrain from smoking, vaping or using e‑cigarettes indoors. You may smoke outside in the backyard, please dispose of waste responsibly.

You will be able to self-check-in via keypad. Code will be provided after booking and prior to arrival

You’ll have access to the entire backyard, your room and your bathroom. In the backyard and by the side of your room we have a little table with chairs for you to enjoy the outdoors. There won’t be any kitchen access or common area access. There isn’t any cooking area in your room, but the room is equipped with a FELLOW Stagg electric kettle, some assorted tea, a drip coffee making station with coffee included as well as a mini Whirlpool fridge.

We love good and clean water so we have two filters installed: a Halo filtration system runs on the entire house, and we also have installed a Waterdrop filter for you by your bathroom sink so you can use it for drinking water.
